By registering and using Libravo, you acknowledge and agree that the processing of your personal data is governed by the provisions of this document. Media Digital is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with the utmost confidentiality, security, and responsibility.

I. Privacy Protection

Libravo will request certain data from each user to enable the correct functioning of the platform and ensure the necessary security processes. Users agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.

False statements, voluntary errors, or intentional omissions in provided data may result in immediate account cancellation and inability to access Libravo services.

II. Cookie Usage

Libravo reserves the right to use cookies — small files sent to the user's access device — to improve the browsing experience. These cookies are temporary and disappear at the end of the session, unless the user accepts them permanently.

Cookies will not be used to collect personal information or login credentials without the user's explicit consent.

Cookies may record: browsing data, access sources (social media, advertising, direct access), approximate geolocation, device type, page access, and registration email.

Users can disable cookies through their browser settings. Libravo is not responsible for any complications that may arise from disabling cookies.

III. Personal Data Processing

Information that identifies users receives special handling. Libravo analyzes profiles anonymously in order to improve user experience and maintain an up-to-date customer database.

Personal data is used for: service delivery and account administration, conflict resolution, sending offers and promotions (with user consent), network protection and identity verification, compliance with legal obligations, statistical analysis, and resource optimization.

Users can unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time through our HelpZone support center.

IV. User Rights Over Their Data

Users may exercise the following rights over their personal data at any time through our HelpZone support center. Libravo will respond within ten (10) business days.

Recognized rights: (a) Access: know what personal data we process and for what purpose. (b) Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data. (c) Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. (d) Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. (e) Objection: object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Libravo will not share users' personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for the direct provision of the contracted service.

V. Data Management Responsibility

Media Digital S.A., as operator of the Libravo service, is responsible for data management and handling complaints related to personal data processing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws in each jurisdiction.

For any questions related to this policy, you can contact Media Digital S.A. through our HelpZone support center.

VI. Information Security

Libravo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or accidental disclosure.

However, no data transmission system over the internet is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to our platform.

VII. Policy Modifications

Libravo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be notified to users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new policy.

VIII. European Union Users (GDPR)

For users residing in the European Union, the processing of personal data is also governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).

The legal basis for processing is the execution of the subscription contract and, where applicable, the explicit consent of the user. Libravo does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

EU users have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in their country of residence. For any queries regarding your GDPR rights, please contact us through HelpZone.
